A view of Johlingen and the second hill climb in the background (taken in the Winter obviously). The race route ran in front of the church to the left, behind the houses and over the fields in the background. The top of the hill on the left is approx. kilometer 29:
Entering the forest shown in the background (left) in the picture above. This is the forest between Johlingen and the next town Woschbach, approx. at kilometer 29.
A view of some of the fields coming down the other side of the hill (above) on the way to Woschbach. This would be somewhere around kilometer 30-31. I believe we ran by the two trees standing alone in the middle.
