Baden Marathon 2005: Kilometer 41
 

I ran and walked the next kilometer, determined to finish. I passed the 41K marker - almost there. There were a lot of people walking by now, we were so close, yet so far away. The same colorful carnival group from the 20K marker were stationed along here (the picture on the right is the 20K point) playing motivating music.

As we left the carnival group behind you could hear the announcer at the Finish line, 1 more kilometer.
