Baden Marathon 2005: Kilometer 30
 

By the 30K marker I was fighting to keep the pace going, not like this speedy runner pictured below from last year's race. My time at the 30K marker about 2:50:00, an average pace of 5:40/K (9:07/M) – I was losing ground rapidly.
