Baden Marathon 2005: Kilometer 3
 

So after the underpasses we continued on Kriegsstrasse to Kapellenstrasse, passed the 3K marker, then onto Durlacherallee (Durlach Avenue). This street is the main road to the Autobahn (expressway) and the neighboring town of Durlach.

Now the fans, pictured at about the 3.5K point about where we turned onto Durlacherallee, were prepared for a long race! Coffee and cake anyone?
